BowlR machines are handmade and offered at an affordable price point, so they do not carry a conventional manufacturer warranty. Every unit is still tested before dispatch, and practical support is provided wherever possible.

Motor cooling breaks should be given according to the usage guidelines mentioned on your machine.

Use recommended 60g tennis balls or compatible sponge balls. Unsuitable or heavier balls can affect performance or damage the machine.

Give the motor proper cooling breaks as mentioned in the usage guidelines on the machine. Avoid unnecessarily long continuous sessions.

Repair Kit — Coming Soon
An optional basic repair kit is being planned at ₹1,399, starting from Fury Plus models only.

Keep one continuous unboxing video.
Start recording before opening the package and continue the same video until the machine is switched on and tested for the first time.
Please do not stop after unboxing and create a separate first-start video. The same continuous recording helps us verify transit or first-use issues fairly.
If something genuinely goes wrong
The issue is first reviewed to find the most practical solution — repair guidance, part or feeder replacement where possible, transit support, or an applicable verified refund.
In eligible cases where the complete machine is verified as non-working, refund support can generally be around 85–90%. Feeder-only issues may be handled according to the feeder upgrade value over the Manual version or by replacement where available.
Final support or refund eligibility depends on the issue, continuous unboxing evidence, machine condition, usage and whether the recommended operating guidelines were followed. Detailed terms will be available in the Return & Refund Policy and FAQs.
