A little care goes a long way.
BowlR is handmade. Follow the basic usage guidelines and give the machine the care you would give any powered mechanical product.
Cooling breaks
Allow the motor to cool as per the usage guidelines mentioned on your machine.
Correct balls only
Never use leather, heavy, soaked or unsuitable balls.
Basic checks
Keep accessible nuts, bolts and fittings properly secured.
Keep it dry
Never operate the machine near water or in wet conditions.
One important thing when your BowlR arrives.
Record one continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package and continue recording through the machine's first startup and test. Please don't stop the video and record the first test separately.
This helps us fairly verify genuine transit damage or first-use issues and determine the appropriate support, repair, replacement or refund option.
