These Terms apply to every BowlR product. Booking or purchasing a BowlR product constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Future BowlR products, updates and variants are also covered by these Terms unless otherwise stated.

• BowlR products are handmade DIY cricket bowling machines.
• Each machine is assembled individually. Minor cosmetic variations may exist and are not considered defects.
• Performance may vary slightly between individual units.
• Product specifications, designs and components may improve or evolve over time.

Currently, only prepaid orders are accepted.

A booking request does not automatically mean that an order has been confirmed.

Every booking is manually verified and BowlR may contact the customer for additional confirmation where required.

Production slots are allocated only after the booking has been verified and confirmed.

Every BowlR machine is handmade and production begins only after the order has been confirmed.

Production timelines are estimates and can depend on the current queue, demand, material availability and production capacity.

Delivery timelines may also change because of courier, logistics, weather, road conditions or other external factors outside BowlR's direct control.

• Shipping begins only after production and testing have been completed.
• Customers receive courier or tracking details after dispatch wherever available.
• Courier delays after dispatch may be outside BowlR's control.
• Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

The appropriate resolution depends on the issue, condition of the machine, available evidence and the circumstances of the claim.

Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, BowlR does not provide a formal manufacturer warranty or guarantee.

Free replacement is not provided unless specifically stated or approved for an eligible verified case.

Basic troubleshooting support may be provided by BowlR. Because of the practical DIY design, many repairs may also be possible locally depending on the issue.

• Use only recommended tennis balls or other balls specifically approved for the relevant BowlR model.
• Do not use leather balls or wet balls.
• Do not modify electrical wiring unless specifically instructed by a qualified person.
• Allow proper motor cooling breaks between sessions according to the usage guidelines provided with or mentioned on the machine.
• Keep hands, loose clothing and other objects away from moving wheels and components.
• Responsible adult supervision is required when children are using the machine.

Customers agree to use the machine responsibly and follow the operating guidance provided by BowlR.

Customer responsibilities include:

• Using only recommended balls.
• Following the provided motor cooling and usage guidelines.
• Performing reasonable basic maintenance where required.
• Checking and tightening accessible nuts, bolts or fittings where necessary.
• Keeping the machine away from water and unsafe operating conditions.

Customer information is used for purposes such as order processing, shipping, customer support and providing the BowlR service.

BowlR does not sell customer personal information to third parties.
