Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before reserving or purchasing any BowlR product.

Jump to any section below. These terms govern all reservations and purchases of BowlR products.

1. Overview

These Terms apply to every BowlR product. Booking or purchasing a BowlR product constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Future products, updates, and variants are covered by these Terms unless otherwise stated.

2. Product Nature

  • BowlR products are handmade DIY cricket bowling machines.
  • Each machine is assembled individually; minor cosmetic variations may exist and are not defects.
  • Performance may vary slightly between units; specifications may improve over time.

3. Booking Policy

Currently only prepaid orders are accepted. A booking request does not equal a confirmed order. Every booking is manually verified; BowlR may contact customers for confirmation. Production slots are allocated only after verification.

4. Production Timeline

Every machine is handmade and production starts only after confirmation. Timelines are estimates and depend on queue and demand. Delivery timelines may change due to logistics or external factors.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping begins after production and testing.
  • Customers receive tracking details after dispatch.
  • Courier delays are outside BowlR control; inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

6. Refund, Return & Replacement

Important — Read carefully

  • All sales are generally final. No refund after manufacturing starts.
  • No replacement for damage caused by misuse.
  • If product arrives physically damaged due to shipping, customer MUST create one continuous unboxing video that includes the FIRST startup of the machine in the same video.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Possible outcomes after verification

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Partial refund (maximum 85%–90% depending on shipping damage)

Without the unboxing + first startup video, shipping damage claims may not be accepted.

7. Warranty & Support

Unless explicitly mentioned, no warranty or guarantee is provided. No free replacement unless stated. Basic troubleshooting support may be provided; most repairs can be performed locally due to the DIY design.

8. Safe Usage

  • Use only recommended tennis balls. Do not use leather or wet balls.
  • Do not modify wiring. Allow cooling breaks between sessions.
  • Keep hands away from moving wheels. Adult supervision required for children.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to use the machine responsibly, read operating guidelines, use recommended balls, perform basic maintenance, and tighten nuts if required.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Liability limits

  • BowlR is not liable for injury, property damage, broken windows, misuse, electrical issues, or improper handling.
  • Maximum liability never exceeds the purchase price of the product.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing, shipping and support. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
